We are excited to offer you the new program, Jump Start Performance Training Clinic! This clinic is a partnership with Prepare for Performance, a training company that focuses on building the athlete by using specific targeted workouts.
In this clinic, participants will work on a variety of foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above the competition. This clinic will focus on injury prevention, running technique, and body weight strength training.
This clinic is open to any athlete between the ages of 8 to 15, male or female!
The Jump Start Training Clinic is a great way for athletes to work on many different techiniques regarding their athletic skill sets. This program will work on running form, body weight strength training, and most importantly, injury prevention. This class can be extremely beneficial for athletes that are still "growing into their body" to help them learn early the proper way to use their muscle groups to help them rise above their competition.
January 11 - February 22
Friday: 5:00pm & 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am & 11:00am
All classes are 1 hour in length!
$160 for a 7-week session
